Please provide a telephone number so an appointment can be arranged. How often does one get the opportunity to live with a TV star? All that the world fell in love with on the HGTV Dream Home show can be yours. Unique, Rare, the once in a lifetime opportunity that only the very select few can attain. The lower level holds two additional bedrooms and hall bath.
Yet I also love how family and friends can find their own designated areas for more time to connect within this large space. The dining room table is an ideal spot to host large gatherings. You can lounge in the family room by the fire and snack around the kitchen island.

I loved how almost every room has a conversation area where family, friends and guests can gather. There is an abundance of outdoor and indoor spaces that give everyone a chance to come together for story telling, game nights and extra bonding. The upper level holds the master suite with sitting area and water/sunset views, with dramatic attached 5 piece bath, vaulted ceilings, and custom walk in closet. Main floor is open and bright with beach side colors reflecting the glows of a setting sun. Open kitchen with massive island, top of the line appliances, custom pantry and easy access to the outdoor dining areas.
